Returns Policy
You may return items that have not been customized with name/number within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Shipping
We ship to all United States addresses. We do NOT ship internationally.
Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Tracking numbers will be included in the order confirmation e-mail your receive when your order has shipped.
